Laser Speckle Imaging System RFLSI III

RFLSI III is based on the LSCI (Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging) technology design. It is non-invasive, non-contact technique with high temporal resolution, high spatial resolution and full-field rapid imaging. It provides eg. real-time dynamic blood flow monitoring and recording method for research in life sciences.

Key features:

  • High temporal resolution: 140 fps, that allows to see more subtle changes in blood flow
  • High spatial resolution: 4.2 megapixel (2048 x 2048 pixels), that allows to see the fifth branch of the mesentery
  • High optical zoom with autofocus: 12x optical zoom with autofocus can be applied to variety of scenarios, from the bilateral limb of rats to the local blood flow of the brain that can be carefully observed.
