Brand new: product in original box / unopened / never used
Pre-used: used only max a few times / looks like a new product
Used: used product
Damaged, but still working: damaged or heavily used but still usable product
Not working: faulty product, that can be new, used and/or damaged product
Software: software licence that can be forwarded legally
Service: purchased service that can be forwarded legally
